Just wanted to add a note: I have been playing and hard core raiding for about 9years now. I am a very driven and competent player that will grind but I do expects results. If raid time lasts 4 hours, I expect everyone to stay the whole time even if we are wiping back to back. This statement might seem a bit forward, but outside of those few raiding hours, I am an extremely laid back guy that enjoys goofing around and helping others!!
